Buildings Dirty From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Now that it is Spring flowers are blooming and birds are nesting. Cleanliness in a big deal for me. The birds droppings have started to build up and they have not cleaned the buildings. The hallways, stairs and hand rail are filthy. I have little kids and they can not hold on the rail without getting bird droppings on their hands. There is already a build up of dead bugs and when the wind blows the flowers in the hallway they are just left to rot. The office staff is unresponsive. They just don't care. Not happy.
