I have lived here for three years and let me tell you!!
The property manager needs to get here head out of her A--.
the leasing office is so un-tenant freindly that its like dealing with the IRS, they are so unresponsive and lack basic skills to properly deal with the day to day task of properly running an apartment complex!!
The blond that works there, every time i have had problem and delt with her she nevers follows thru with what she is supposed to, not just once with me but more than 3 times i have had to call back!!
milestone is a great place to live and the only problems i see i with the leasing office, i think they all need to be retraind or fired, including the property manager!!@

i beilieve you really have no say unless you are there day to day to see what kind of people they have to deal with. People like you who are yelling in their ear all day thinking that you are the only one of god knows how many tenants that is calling up complaining every day. I think you need to show more patients for those people. Not only do they have to deal with you but they have flood emergencies, broken appliances, new residents leases, move in's and move outs, taking rent, answering phones keeping up with filing and the list goes on and on meanwhile maintanece people are asking for keys prospective tenants are coming in the door looking for tours, I mean come on. You really have no idea and you should really show more respect.

First of all, nabisco421sm, you need to learn how to spell correctly,and use proper grammar, and I'm sorry, but that is their job, and they get paid for it. All of us work hard and deal with different levels of interpersonal relationships every day, no matter what line of work they are in. I personally have been treated like I can't spell my name and have 40 heads the way these people talk to and treat me for normal questions one would be asking the rental office. Sarah needs to be fired, first of all, for being incompetant among other things; have you seen the ratings here? Mostly management complaints, that should say something. This is a beautifl property, and they make it hell to live here. It is a shame really.

I also agree with taylor. The staff at milestone is the worst i have ever seen. I am also from customer service industry but i dont think so we try to get onto the nose of our customers. This new guy working in milestone made me like a two weeks roam around to get a new apartment there. Everyday he used to ocme out with new requirement which has to be completed before giving the keys. He did not used a check list to see if he has told me all the things. And the condition always was same...he cant give me the keys until I dont give himm the documents he want. but never in 2 weeks he told me all the docs together.

nabisco421sm, You have got to be kidding!! You just stated the Management Offices "Job Description" as if it was a burden and valid excuse for poor performance. Not to mention that you sound suspiciously like an employee of the complex! These people working there are IN THE PEOPLE BUSINESS and if they cannot handle the workload or exhibit professionalism then they should not be working there...End of story!!
