I have lived here since November 2004. I thought the place was great, quiet, nice neighborhood, relatively clean, but now I am starting to wonder. I understand that it is a apartment complex but some things are to much. First within a month I was infested with silverfish which was never taken care of. I had to buy spray myself and it finally died down for now. Then after the first of the year I was charged a 100 water bill and took several visits and phone calls to get it straightened out and ended up getting a failure to pay full rent from district of court because the office staff is CLUELESS! Snow removal is always poor at every apt complex. The parents need to control there kids. They changed the access to the gym which caused more problems. One kid found out the code and brought 20 his friends in there one day when I was there. You couldn't work out or even hear yourslf think. Now I have MICE! I can't believe this. Now I have to catch mice because the leasing office won't do anything about it. They tried to tell me this is the first time they have heard of this. When there is at least two or more reviews on here stating the same thing. I like my apartment but I didn't ask for guests to be eating my food. I also don't want to pay a lot of money a month to be treated like ---- everytime I go into the office. The BLONDE needs an attitude adjustment!!!!!!!

I was interested in renting here, but after reading all the bad reviews I am SERIOUSLY rethinking my choice. I recently visited the property and would never have guessed it is as dirty and vermin-infested as you stated. Lonna, at the rental office, was wonderful and extremely helpful. The fitness center was nicer than some of the other apts in the area, and the apt buildings themselves looked well-maintained. I'm curious, were you living in an older building on the property or is this a whole property problem?
