mgt turn over rate is a problem From: goodresident1619 Date posted: 8/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   The problems with the mgt. are ridiculous. They are not very friendly...and for 1000 /month, that is unacceptable! The turn over rate of mgt is a problem too, since they promise things, make agreements, etc, and then are gone the next week. Dealing with the mgt here is very frustrating and it's very difficult to get issues resolved no matter how far up the scale you go. However, the floor plans and the community are generally nice.
