Looks bad under the surface From: Gtown33 Date posted: 10/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003 1 response   On the surface, the apartments look nice, new, modern. Living there, they suck. Bathroom lighting is terrible, hot water takes five minutes to reach the tap and makes horrible banging noises in the walls. Windows stuck shut and maintenance can't fix them. Parking problems, only one trash dumpster for whole community. Mailbox for the apartment might be located four buildings away from yours. All for a premium price.
