The folks in 12512 apt 203 have nightly parties. At 3 am, hearing them scream and hollar from their patio is not uncommon. Once in a while...fine, we can deal, every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and saturday is getting old.
If managment does't do something with the HOC folks....I'm talking the low budget folks that think dinner at IHOP on a Saturday night is a freakin' treat! Get rid of them!!!!

To Anonymous, How do you know these tenants are HOC recipients? I believe you are totally out of line and it was probably a good thing that you did not leave your name. I am sorry that your neighbors are unruly. However, for you to make such a board assumption about every HOC recipient is unfair and unjust. For all we know, you at one point were an HOC recipient and you probably know a lot of people who are. Tamara

I do agree that the partying, noise, music, yelling, etc. gets VERY annoying and is completely inconsiderate; however, your above statements are racist and ignorant. Just because some people need housing assistance doesn't mean they are "crack heads" or "thieves." (FYI: I am not one of the low income housing residents). I hate the noise & parties late at night but I would never assume they occur because of a person???s race or economic status.

I also am offended by your description of those in need of housing assistance. I work as an office mangager of a medical office and qualify for an MPDU because I make less than $40,000. However, I am not a crackhead and I do not plan on robbing anyone anytime soon. I also do not have parties until 3 am in the morning. I think it was very low class to list the address of those you have issues with. That was tacky and inappropriate.

Uhhhh, nobody said anything about "black" - YOU did. I said I don't judge people by "race or economic" status, funny how you just assume I'm talking about black people. You know, there is more than just black & white. I interpreted your rant as derogatory - it's my right to form an opinion, just as it is yours. Don't put words in my mouth and don't make ignorant assumptions about people you don't know. May i just say i am thinking of moving here. i have been several times and I havent seen anything wrong yet. But i have to say for you to comment on HOC people being low income and low people is rude. I am a mother of one and I am using HOC. I am not any different from you I work 2 jobs and go to college. You need to stop and think before you open your mouth and make assumptions about people. I am a civilized person who just doesnt make enough money to live in a decent place and i am being helped by my tax dollars. Thank you!!! so please stop and thing before you judge people ok!

To all you people that posted your opinion about the so call racist is not seing eye to eye with his or her expience dont jump to conclusions so quitly. It could be that this person is very fustrated so I would nt call him a racist becuase I do not no him or her it would be very unfair to judge this individual. I'm a HOC recipient and very thankful of having this opportunity in participating in this program. I manage to improve my live and help others too. I might have to leave the program becuase I might reach self sufficiency. I have become a ITT Profesional in the field of computers and see my life improving every they becuase of God and HOC. So dont put no mind to these people they live a life of fustration and take there fustrations with others. Its not fair but thats the reality of life. So dont let these people get to you and guest what. Your correct.There is a posibility that he or she could be racist. It wont be the last one or the first one.
