Under the new management this has become a horrible place to live. The office staff could care less about concerns such as vandalism, or mail theft and for some reason can not manage to get their act together about paying rent. It is easier and more effective to call the police about the crackheads that wonder the grounds. The notice that says you are going to collection get a little old when you have already paid the rent in full weeks before.
And an answer from the office to me was we do whatever managment feels like' Hmmm not the best customer relations!
