one or two "anonymous" users aren't going to "taint" a thing. Just as "staff members" making posts are going to "improve" the image... You even filled out the survey I see... Have you no shame?

Within the last several weeks, a maintenence man came over to unclog our toilet. He beat on the door several times before I could mute the t.v. and answer. I even yeld to hold on! He ran in the apartment with a plunger, plunged the toilet and ran out with a wet plunger. Thanks Milestone, we now have to find a way to get the ---- smell out of the carpet.

I find it comical that someone from Milestone would come here to rebuff the tremendous amounts of complaints and negativity by trying to explain it away by blaming evicted tenants and competitor complexes! I can assure you all that I am neither. I moved in under the Archstone management and almost to the day that Archstone sold it the place has deteriorated tremendously! You will all also notice that with the exception of a few mentions of "low income people" (not the problem by the way) ALL negative comments are about the management staff!!! Very telling when you consider that if the property itself is satisfactory the only other thing that MATTERS is the staff!! C'mon Milestone, stop defending yourself and improve and I promise you the professionals will come back and your ratings will improve!! Typical Milestone, make excuses and do nothing to improve!!! Thanks for proving all of us right with this pathetic attempt to deflect blame!!!
