Archstone did a much better job of maintaining these apartments when I first moved in. Alliance maintenance did some work in my unit and completely trashed the place and I had to clean up after them. It also took them over a month to repair the hot water heater which left me without heat or hot water for a week straight this winter. They left the doors unlocked after they left, did not leave notes when they entered my apartment, and complained about having to attempt repairs on the weekends. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

In the past, Alliance has not responded to requests for maintenance unless I sent several e-mails and called the office several times.
