I have lived here for approximately 3 months and I can safely say that I couldn't be happier!

The placement of it is quiet; you don't hear the noise of traffic and my neighbors are very respectful with the sound. The shops are literally one minute away which is very convenient and saves a lot of time.

There are plenty of children in these complexes but whenever I am walking my dog they are all very polite and friendly. Everyone says hello around here, it's not one of those places where everyone's in a hurry and don't have time to acknowledge one another.

As far as the office/maintenance staff, they are highly responsive as well. I simply email them if something needs quick repair, which has not been often, and the next day it's taken care of.

It's a safe place and it deserves to stay that way.
