Stayed here for an year and half and had trouble with insulation and heating. Though the office staff were same when RAM LLC took over archstone the service provided was pathetic. They did not attend to the complains related to insulation. Whole house used to be cold throughout the winter due to wind blowing in from under the balcony door and almost no insulation on the glass to prevent the outside cold.Used to hv monthly heating bills over $160. Had flooding twice in the common area causing complete carpet and underlying cushion to be completely wet. Instead of replacing the carpet , they ran the fan for 3 days each time at my expense and never re-imbursed the same inspite of being reminded of the fact.

With RAM LLC the service staff are prompt and polite and always attend to the problems with better effeciency than during archstone days

The water and sewerage bills always average to $40. Otherwise the community is good to live in with friendly neighbours and well lighted areas. There was one incident of burglary alleged during beginning of the year but has been safe most of the time
