Glad to be getting out...but it wasn't horrible. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/28/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have lived here for almost 2 years with my son and husband, for the most part we haven't had any large issues except for the heating/cooling insulation. The balcony door lets in a lot of cold air, our heater is always going on just to keep it at 70 degrees. During the winter months I am used to seeing $120-$150.00 heating bills whereas in the summer they are down to $20.00. The landscaping in front of my apartments balcony has not been maintained since May of 06. I've written several letters and there was never anything done. It looks like a mess and no one has ever come by to shape it up. There was trash sitting there from the tenants upstairs for 4 months before I finally cleaned it up. Ridiculous. Other than that, well lit area, never have had any noise issues or vandalism problems. Always felt very safe. Decent size apartment, never any problems with interior.
