Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
 
Maintenance requests are procrastinated. Issues with flooding/water damage.. leading to mold. Check for mold - you have a 95% chance that you have it. Breezeways are rarely cleaned.

Parking is good
Landscaping
Location

Cons:
Mold
Leasing office staff
Lack of maintenance
Yearly rent increases 10-30%
Thin floors
Frequent power outages
