Not bad, but it's apartment living! What do you expect'

This is my first apartment after moving out of my parent's house. The rent is not bad when it's split amongst three people.
Pros -
Maintenance good. We had our refrigerator replaced after it broke and a man come out at 10pm to fix our overflooding toilet.
Landscape is nice when the little hellion children aren't littering the steps with chewed up Starburst or the grasses with chewed up chicken bones and HAMBURGERS AND HOT DOGS.
Space is pretty good considering it's an apartment. Closets could be a little bigger/linen closets would have been nice.
Cons -
Neighbor above us beats his wife and we've called the police on several occasions. He threatened us, so we told the rental office, but they didn't seem concerned.
When the clothes dryer is going, the whole apartment is like a sauna.
Not enough towel racks in the bathroom.
Cockroaches were a problem because our neighbors are slobs.
No microwave provided.
The water never stays warm enough in the winter for a shower or bath.
The bathroom was pretty moldy and gross when we moved in. We are still scrubbing it clean.
Not enough equipment in the fitness center.
