In regards to the reviewer who called Amanda a -----: this is simply NOT TRUE.

We lived at Northlake for several yeas and recently moved to a larger apartment in the area. We enjoyed our years at northlake and never had any problems with any of the office staff.

Every time we dealt with Amanda, she was pleasant, professional, honest, and things were resolved quickly. Even when we went through the move-out process she remained a delight to deal with. I also had the opportunity during several office visits to observe her in action with other tenants or prospects and she always treated them with respect; even the ones who were being difficult.

I have a suspicion that the reviewer who wrote negatively about Amanda seems to encounter a lot of "-------" wherever they go. Am I right' Perhaps it is because of the way YOU act towards THEM. May I suggest an attitude adjustment'
