this is the worst place i have ever lived.the first thing you do is turn in a list of things to correct.it will never get looked at.maintenance is terrible and they come in at will,for no particular reason and without leaving a note(or they just use the bathroom)there is so much noise from other units(usually bass from a stereo) that you have to drowned it out with your own music.i was told that water use is based on my use,NOT TRUE!!! the water use is dependant on the whole building,whether you use it or not.it is a dirty develoement with carts from local grocery stores in the parking lot-maybe homeless people live between the buildings.trash piles up-people don't put them in the dumpsters.snow and ice removal was abyssmal,and dangerous.
parking is ok,but you can't have more than one person over because you only get one temp pass for another vehicle
