They are located around townhouses and condos that people actually buy so at least you get to live around homeowners. I lived in the apartments that were away from the rental office but I didn't have to drive over to pay rent because I paid by allotment. The apts. are ok for their size. I lived in a one bedroom, no problem with noise b/c I lived on the top floor and barely heard my neighbors behind me. The washer and dryer are small but better than going to a laundry mat. Parking was a problem at times, I had to park in a parking lot across from the complex but hey I need the exercise. I had problems with the heating and getting maintenance to fix it right. They had to come out 3 times to correct the problem and my utility bill was always up in the one hundreds for a one bedroom apt. Overall the staff was nice and I do recommend it at least in the area I was living in, don't know about the apts. where the leasing office is located.
