Grounds are always trashed. They do NOT do a good job when it comes to the property. The office is located between two sets of dumpsters, and they can't even have their staff, maintenance crew, or cleaning service keep up the property. It's not uncommon to go to your car for work and have to step over beer bottles or move them away from your tires.

People are always hanging out in the parking lots or on the steps of the buildings. The lighting is poor, and you really don't feel particulary safe walking from your car to your door. I have expierenced this first hand.

Management says their in the process of revising the parking situation, which is a total joke. I've never lived anywhere where you have to PAY for a TEMPORARY PARKING PASS which is only valid for 5 days, in order to have visitors. And beware if an emergency should occur after hours, no one will be available for you to contact to receive a temporary parking pass, your friends and family WILL be towed. Does this sound expensive to you'

Maintenance requests are obsurd! Be prepared to wait up to 2 weeks just to get your dishwasher fixed; I have. Some requests are not even filled.

The apartments them selves are not worth the money. They are old, not up to date, and just plain crummy. The outside of the buildings are not kept up, i.e. siding falling off, missing window screens.

Your better off bypassing this property all together.
