I have lived here 1 year.. God be with you if you live here.. Managemet is awful... no assistance unless your looking for an apartment.. if you are already a resident, good luck resolving any problems.
The one year i have lived here not 1 of my maint. requests have been taken care of. One of the closet doors kept falling off and on me.. many complaints were made i finally had to remove the door and now i have no closet door. There is a 1/2 inch crack under my front door. The draft is horrible! I have asked both the office and maint. supervisor to fix this problem and they said they dont do those jobs, but i still have to pay a high electir bill.The area is soo trashy! Fights everynight. screaming in the parking lots! Police are here everynight! The party noise levels are crazy.. WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS! Anyone who lives here is in danger.. 2 months ago there was a drive by in my neighborhood.
one night there was a fight outside my building.. the guys fell on the hood off my car punching at eachother.. theres a huge mark on my car!!
Kids are alone outside all day with no adult supervision. They find empty beer bottles and brake the glass all over the side walk and parking lot. I was advised on 8/05/06 at 3am in the morning by Mont. county police in my building to get out of this neighborhood ASAP!
For four days there was a dead dog in a plastic bad near the trash dumpsters.. No one removed it and the odor and GREEN flies were awful... even inside the buildings.
I dropped my rent check at the office on july 1st, 12 days later the office called me asking me for my rent payment.I responded "AGAIN'" 10 days later i recieved a letter from court.. THese people are NUTS!

Okay this really makes me nervous. I'm supposed to move here within the next 2 weeks. I know nothing about Germantown. This seemed to be a good area. Since they're under new management has anything changed? Please advise. Thanks - concerned future tenant
