I just moved in and I love it. My kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets and countertops, the entire inside has been totally redone with nickel knobs and light fixtures. I was concerned about moving here at first after reading some of the reviews but learned that the community was under new management and the whole thing is being redone and I have been very impressed. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful and I don't have any complaints.

The absolutely GREAT comments are obviously people who work for the management, however I have lived here for 4 months now in a renovated apt and have to say i have no large complaints. obviously Equity Residential is known for HORRIFIC service, i mean read any reviews on their many apartments, its all the same, other than the office, the rif raf seems to be moving out because they cant afford the new rents.

Okay this really makes me nervous. I'm supposed to move here within the next 2 weeks. I know nothing about Germantown. This seemed to be a good area. Since they're under new management has anything changed? Please advise. Thanks - concerned future tenant

they are not under new management they just say that to get you in, equity has managed that community since artery sold it back 7 years, cmon now be smart alot nicer communities in the area dont just go for the cheap apartments you will regret it later. trust me, they are nice to you while your applying but dont expect the same while your there, antoher thing go at night and see the drug deals happen in front of you, and the spanish men drinking out there bothering everyong and have you not heard of the police there every night because there is always a car being broken into. be smart.
