Every review that I read was the total truth. We have lived here for almost a year and have gotten stung by wasps coming in through the AC unit. Had 3 Montgomery County eviction notices because of their bad book keeping. The Manager is never in, the assitant manager is a total b*tch. She makes it her job to make your life a living hell. Their only good people have been sent to other properties. Moving at the end of our lease.

So true!...I've lived here almost a year and I can't wait to move. Management is horrible. They are slow to respond and they get nothing right. The renovations were cheaply and quickly done, he gymis only available during office hours and some of the tenants are sketchy! Live elsewhere if you can!
