I rented a 2 bed / 2 bath unit. One day the ceiling decides to fall on us. Literally the living room ceiling fell. There was fiber glass insulation everywhere and the property damage was extensive. The situation was a nightmare and the way the management handled the situation was worse. It took a very long time for all damages and costs to be addressed. I will never move into another equity residential managed property. Please take my advise. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! You might get seriously injured.
