I don't believe it's all the staffs fault. The office staff and the maintenance staff try very hard and do a very good job. My complaint is that the buildings are not well built. I've had flooding from the next door apartment and through the front door continously. And smells. My neighbors were smokers and I couldn't use my bathroom even with the fan running all the time.

It is not a luxary apartment complex.

There are lots of structural problems with this community.
