We moved into a brand-new ground floor 2-bedroom apt. Within a few weeks we experienced major plumbing problems. (From the dishwasher leaking, to the washing machine pipes from other apartments leaking into our apartment.) The maintenenace staff told us that it was OUR fault and there was nothing that could be done. Needless the say the problem continued and a plumber was finally called in. They fixed the problem, but we were displaced out of our apartment due to a strong odor. When I called the office to report the odor, I was told to just leave the windows open and turn the fan on. (Since we had a 3 mo. old, that wasn't an option so I had to FORCE the management staff to pay for us to stay at a hotel overnight.) **I was given a very hard time by the staff over this issue, and was treated very badly.

The management staff is young, inexperienced, extremely uncaring and rude. In particular, the Property Manager is unprofessional and just plain obnoxious.

The apartment was OK. Definitely not a "Luxery Apartment" though. The noise level was fine. We never really heard our neighbors except for the ones above us who walked heavy. We did however hear the fire trucks every day (which are directly across the street) but we got used to them. Knowing that we moved into a new place, we expected problems, but the way the problems were handled was the major issue.

Needless to say, we complained to Buzzuto Management Co. and explained what their staff was up to. I was told that they had received numerous complaints about that particular staff, and that they were looking into getting them trained again.

We ended up moving out after only living there 6 months.

Just an FYI... we also had friends living there as well in a different building, and they too experienced plumbing problems, and were treated very similarly from the staff. They ended up moving out as well.

Until they replace the current management staff and fix the issues with the buildings I would definitely not reccomend this place!
