I have lived here at The Pinnacle at Town Center for seven months now and I have received nothing but friendly, professional management and a luxury apartment. I live in a one bedroom on the fourth floor. It is very private and quite up there and I love how my apartment feels like a home. Since living here I have only had to place one maintenance request b/c I wanted ceiling fans placed in my apartment and the maintenance staff came up with two days to assist me! I thought that it would take maybe a week considering the fact that it wasn't an emergency yet it took only a matter of two days. I am very happy with the location of the property and how I can walk to the grocery store or coffee house from my apartment. Every time I go to the office to turn my rent in, I am always greeted by professional staff who give me a smile! In addition, it is a pleasure to be able to use the fitness center that they have open 24 hrs.
To conclude, after living at The Pinnacle, if I was to ever move, I would only move to another Bozzuto Property.
