I have been at the Pinnacle for over two years and overall, I would say it's an ok place to live. I moved in when they were really new and in the beginning, I didn't think I wanted to live there because the previous staff was awful, rude, annoying, etc, etc. The present staff is really nice and accomodating. Although I like the design of my apartment (very large, open and bright), the buildings aren't very well built. I have a loft apartment and in the morning, I can hear the neighbors above shut their door and walk down the steps and my bedroom shakes.

When I'm in the den, I can hear my noisy neighbors and their children running up and down the stairs.

The only quality appliances in the apartment are the washer and dryer. It seems they spent good money on those.

I haven't had any real maintenance problems but the community is becoming overrun with children and noise.

I'm sorry to say I have to leave because I can't deal with the noise, children and traffic.

Although I wouldn't call the Pinnacle a luxury dwelling, it nice enough - I've seen worst.
