Compared to the rest of the rental properties in the Germantown submarket, The Pinnacle at Town Center scores the best overall.



I have encountered problems with plumbing in the beginning, but that issue, I think, is not entirely abnormal for a newly built establishment.



The property staff seems to be somewhat inexperienced, but is friendly and comes forward as sincere and helpful.



The greatest convenience is being less than 60 seconds from I-270. Walking distance to a grocery store, small shops, restaurants and a movie theater is definitely a plus.



There is a wide diversity among the residents of this community, which I really like. My immediate neighbors are very friendly and they do not make noise. In fact, the walls seem very well insulated.




Luckily, I live in a building with quiet or no children, but there are quite a few boisterous and loud young ones running around outside during the summer, which gets to be unpleasant and consequently reduces the appearance of a higher classed apartment.




On the plus side, it?s a pedestrian- and pet-oriented neighborhood. I?ve gotten to know quite a few people at this apartment, especially during the peak dog-walk times.



In addition, I really look for airy and spacious layouts and the floorplan I chose definitely meets my expectations and outbeats any floorplan at any apartment in Germantown. I also like how the parking spaces and swimming pool are in the center and the apartment buildings perimeter them. It creates openness and you?re not just staring into another apartment building when you open your windows.
