My thought is that I had this coming. Really. I talked to former tenants who are friends, and they warned me The Pinnacle is horrible.



I did not listen. Well, I listened but I moved in anyway. Oh No. That?s all I can say. I ended up with an ant problem AND a roach problem. I?m incredibly neat, but obviously not all tenants there are. Despite my initial beliefs, living there is like living in an inner city tenament, but without the VIBE....just the filth! The tradh bins OVERFLOW with garbage and be careful not to chose a unit close to it. Talk about a stink!!!



The tenants are pretty cool on average, but the management is horrible. The maintenance is OK but seems to give off the impression that all problems are the tenant?s fault.



Unlike other reviews here, MY FLOORS DO SQUEEK. Its horrible. I hear the people upstairs, and the people below me hear ME. I am not loud, but I know it annoys them everytime I walk into the kitchen.



I havbe nothing good to say. I, too, had trouble with the patio doors. The construction is an eyesore and there are many kids who loiter in the area.



Not ideal.
