Where do I begin' Moving out of the Pinnacle was one of the best decisions I could have ever made! My year at the Pinnacle was one endless headache. Begining with the unprofessional as well as disrespectful property manager who acted as if she was above all the problems that she in fact created. Having to go into the office and deal with her was an experience like no other. I think that she needs to look up what customer service means because from my experience, shes got it all wrong. I mean, being blatently rude, moreover mean to residents doesn't exactly seem to fit the profile of luxury living. Next, the apartment itself is entirely another story. There was constant leaks that were never fixed, despite numerous requests for service. I understand apartment living, but I should not be able to clearly hear and take part in conversations with my neighbors through the walls. The last straw was having a rodent problem. When I contacted the manager, she acted as if she was doing me some huge favor by having an exterminator come look at my apartment. Therefore, if for some odd reason, you do have the bad luck and misfortune of ending up at this awful place, make sure you steer clear of the apartments by the dumpsters or else you might just get some extra roomates. One last thought, live anywhere but here!!!!
