This is what the price of luxury gets you at The Pinnacle:
Bugs-extra roommates-ants, spiders, beattles, insects, extremely loud noise coming from above, below, and all sides, rude manager, terrible maintenance, foot traffic outside your bedroom window at 3am, police sirens, bright lights, fire trucks, traffic noise, over flowing stinky dumpsters, not enough parking spaces, the ventilation systems allow you to get a smell of your neighboors, terrible location-poor landscape. You decide.
