Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Water heater blew a fuse 10-14 times in one winter. Was told to just trip the circuit breaker by the maintenance crew (only 15 amps alotted to water heater stored outside in dead of winter). Bathroom door doesn't close, toilet water continuously runs and overflows, 2nd renter was not in the computer (took 5 days to call regarding a package). Other than that--practically non-existant neighbors, great views, nice pool, nice space 9 foot ceilings, annoying business next door (mercedes dealership).
