I lived at the Pinnacle for 2 years. It was a great place to live for the first month. After a while, everything started falling apart. The dishwasher didn't work, my dryer was broken and my shower would sometimes not turn off. The problems were fixed (about a day or two later) but then would brake again. The walls are paper thing and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing from watching t.v. to doing the dishes. There is doggie poop everywhere. I complained a couple of times but only notices were sent around telling dog owners to pick up after their pets. There are also german shepards and pit bulls that live there even though they are restricted breeds. The german shepard is seen off a leash evey time the owner walks him and it is very unsafe for children. Not to mention there were two occasions that people were held up at gun point in the parking lot in the early eveinings. The trash area is often overflowing with trash and rats are now everywhere. The staff that works there seem nice before you move in, but once you are a tennant, they are very rude and your problems are their last priority. There are other places to live in Germantown that are newer and nicer. Even though the Pinnacle may seem nice from the outside, it is a completely different community in the inside.

Other places to live that are better... Like where??? I'm doing some apt. shopping before hand and have found this site to be very valuable. I have read several postings and have come across the same general reads on each but it makes me want to ask when someone states that they do not like where they are living and that there are better places, where are the other places.
