I have written many reviews on this complex and they have deleted them from the Yahoo Directory. Hopefully they can not delete them from here. I moved in on April 14, 2007 and I have just mived out July 7, 2007. They don't seems to like young people or Black people. The neighbors are very ---- and wants you to be VERY quiet. They are all ode and miserable. Because they have lived there so long tyhe rental office allows them to run people in and out od th eapartments. The complex is not keds friendly nor do they have a play area for kids to have fun. They complaiun aboiut you walkinf and talking in your OWN apartmwnt. the walls are very thin. If you plan on having a life these apartments are not for you. They need for senior citizens. The people in the rental office especially the manager (Alley) is poor at doing her job. She barely gave me 30 days to move my family out and I am a signle mother with 2 boys. REMEBER, I just moved in April. So, I haven't even been in the apartment 3 months. PLEASE..... don't do it! The apartments are nice but were not built well for people with lives. It you decide to go... remeber I told you so!

I am 32 and live here, hardly a senior citizen. Living your life is one thing and being disrespectful of other people and the environment they share with you is another. In my experience here at Pinnacle over the last year, it is the rude noisy neighbors and that have made a nice apartment in a great location a less than ideal place to stay. If the management asked you to leave because of your unwelcome impact on those around you, then I am glad to hear that they are doing something about it. In my opinion, if you live in an apartment, you have to adjust your behavior to be courteous to the others who surround you. If you want to be loud then either get your own detached house, or move to a place that doesn't expect much from their tenants. I know that there are plenty of places like that in this area, and I am glad I don't live there. I don't think it has anything to do with being young, black or with children... it has to do with your behavior and how it impacts your neighbors. I know plenty of young, black people with children who can control their children and behave themselves in public and I am happy to share my living space with them. To potential residents, regardless of race or age or family status. If you can't be respectful of your environment, then please take this reviewers advice and find somewhere else that will tolerate you... The Pinnacle and it's tenants won't. Remember, I told you so...

I agree with this reviewer's comments completely. I am 49, woman of color, have lived at the Pinnacle for over 2 years and have never experienced any problems living her. I love the peace and quiet, I have never heard my neighbors though the walls (they are not thin). I am glad discourteous adults and misbehaved children are not welcome here. Thank you Pinnacle!!

I totally disagree. I lived at the Pinnacle some time ago and I agree with the person who originally posted this message. I was talking on my phone one day on my itty bitty balcony and the next day I was called by management because they received a complaint that I was being too loud and to notify the office if I wanted to host another party again. It was crazy. The only thing positive about that complex is the neighborhood- everything is in walking distance.
