Had problems with rental office from the very beginning. We were assigned the wrong apartment (handicapped instead of regular) and they did not notice until after the lease was signed (which took 2.5 hours in the office because they weren't ready when we got there). We were told that we would need to take another unit that was "ready for move-in", but may still need a couple of things done to make it perfect. We noted all of the problems on our move-in inspection sheet, reviewed them with the rental office and they fixed 1 or 2 things (like fixing door pulls on the cabinets), but completely ignored the larger items like the stove top not working and the washer & dryer being broken.

Have made several calls and hand delivered numerous letters and complaints and we are being completely ignored. Things are still broken after 6 months (and additional items continue to break).
One other item to note which thank goodness(knock on wood) we have not had to deal with...There is a van that comes around all the time with a huge hose and pump of some sort. This may indicate routine problems with flooding'!
My opinion: If you re going to live somewhere with an awful commute, you will NOT want to deal with the headaches that may result from living at this so called "community."

Follow-up: Apartment eventually did flood (pipes burst behind the toilet). Carpet was dried, but full of mold & walls became moldy as well. Management came out to spray bleach periodically, but refused to treat the source (the rotting walls).

PLEASE CALL THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY HOUSING CODE ENFORCEMENT AND FILE A COMPLAINT. THIS BULL-SH$T NEEDS TO STOP...ONCE AND FOR ALL. BOZZUTO IS WORST THAN THE OLD MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
