I hate it here. People seem to have 2 or 3 cars each and a lot of them are in some of the best parking and never move. Have to park so far from my building most nights I would need binoculars to see my car. I save a lot on groceries since I don't care to carry them the quarter mile to my door. But...the money I save on groceries is quickly eaten by the outrageous water bill. I think the whole complex water bill is divided evenly, so you pay for the family in the 3 bedroom with 5 kids washing 7 loads of clothes a day. Our water bill averages 41 dollars a month, more than twice what our friend with 2 story house pays. Don't like it here, apartment and maintenance are ok.
