Nevermind the one positive post on this place, it was obviously posted by the management. "Oh I don't expect to always get a spot right in front of my door".... give me a break. No not always, but once a month would be nice. Take out the gym in the office and set up a rest area for the people hiking in the parking lot. I swear I have seen people here have their groceries delivered to avoid losing their precious parking spot. Management and maintenance are ok, the apartment is ok. Does little to make up for the rage every day with the 5 min walk to or from the car. Oh, and about the kids that are well behaved, geuss you havent lived on the bottom floor where the 12 black kids walk by everyday shouting and slapping your bedroom window on their way to the store. Twice these kids have beat on my windows and run for the road laughing.
