Very bad management and poor maintenance service

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Office manager and staff very incompetent to take care of urgent issues like water leaks. After maintenace job is done, all the mess is left for the tenant to clean in spite of repeated phone calls to have it cleaned. Office manager and staff do not stick to their words. You go to the office they will promise to take care of things, but they do not get it done. Ultimately you get tired and decide to live with the problem. In the kitchen cabinet, the wood was so bad it was just crumpling into powder, yet for the whole year nothing was done. It took repeated complaints, till they came to take measurements to put up a new cabinet, but that was never installed till the end.
Marc train tracks so close to the apt. that tenants have to bear the loud noise of the passing train any time of the day
