Nightmare

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
Office staff are the most inept, incompetent fools I've ever encountered. Maintenance guys are pleasant but months went by before I had 8 holes in my walls and ceilings patched because of water leaks - have had many water leaks. Noise is unbelievable. Very undesirable population of people allowed to rent. Was told to call the police - nothing could be done about noise.
