Pathetic. Awful customer service. The office often closes without notice. The apartment was filthy. Management does not conduct inspections prior to the new tenants moving in. We had to clean prior to moving in. Deep cleaning is not performed at all. Professional cleaners should come in, but management is too cheap to hire someone. There has been numerous water leaks in my building. Maintanence has removed mold twice in my apartment. My neighbor bought a home toxic mold kit from Home Depot which tested positive. Househould mold is dangerous and could be fatal.There is NO upkeep of the units. Cabinets are falling apart, poor insillation around the windows. Some of the windows are so corroded that they cannot open. Residents (including police officers who live on the property) are allowed to speed in this residential area. Post the speed limit & add more speed bumps. Beware! Management doesn't appreciate your business. They are going to get paid no matter what. You are not their priority. There are other places in the area that are safer and cleaner...places where management truly will appreciate your business and treat you like customers should be treated.
