I have only been here for a few months, and I am not thrilled about this establishment at all. Rolling Hills Management is only interested in renting apartments, they don't care after that. The noise here is outrageous, doors slamming, people making noise whenever they feel like it, and because the walls and floors are so thin you can hear everything; conversations, heavy walking, moving furniture, etc. The people that live under us are very loud, loud to a point it sounds like they are throwing either furniture around or each other.

The building is not clean, the rugs are stained really bad, there is always a mess in one of the hallways.
