I have lived here for less than a year and I regret it everyday. The place is a disgrace, hallway carpets are disgusting, lights are out in the hallway, the noise is outrageous, the water stinks (they said they would fix the problem and never did), there are bugs, someone is always speeding through the parking lot, the kids make all sorts of noise in the hallways, they leave their toys in the hallway. When you report the noise problems, they don't do anything about it and if they do decide, they don't follow up on it, and don't bother to call an report it that does no good. The gutters on the building are crooked an out of place, the garbage disposals do not work properly, you have to let the shower run before getting in to try and get rid of the putrid smell when you first turn it on. The walls are paper thin and with the noise that goes on around here it makes for some very unpleasant evenings. People play their music and or tv's very loud and I know this because of the paper thin walls and floors, the floors have dips in them so which probably means they need to be replaced. They brought in a new crew from their main hq and they aren't any help.

I agree also,these walls are so paper thin it is sad.I can hear everything that goes on in my upstairs neighbors apt. I wish they could do something about the padding.

Hello...I agree with you 100%. Please, I need your help of providing me with your building number. I live in building #19355. We all need to take a stand and speak up. I want to involved the Health Department because of MOLD. The Consumer Affairs of Montgomery County and the Housing Code Enforcement needs to shut this place down! Help me fight for a Community Feed Back Meeting with the Managers here. They dont care about none of us at Rolling Hills Apartment.
