The staff was never helpful after I moved in. The apartments are a pretty good size but everything will be falling apart 3 months after you move in. And when that happens maintnence will take there time getting things fixed. They have been doing construction on the front of some biuldings for about 6 months. Also the roads are horrific. There are pot holes the size of cows. The manegment needs to spend less money on balloons and more money on the roads.

I agree with you. It doesn't make any sense that the corp. office has allowed this place to come to this. Yes, the apts are a nice size for the price but that does not mean they have to look a mess. Actually they have been doing construction on those building for the last year. And the only excuses that you get from the rental office is we are working on it.

Hello.....and thank you for this outstanding report. You are so right and you made me cry so hard from laughing. I have live here for a year now and I am very disgusted with the Rental Office Staff. Paula, the property manager does not care about anyone. Like you said, the pot-holes can cause a major problem with your car. The balloons are suppose to show a welcome home sign. This was said by an old manager that is no longer here as of this month. -----------please give her toilet paper to wipe that false statement away. These apartments shouldn't be lease. They are not up to code. There is mold, water leaks, cracks, ants, silver fish, spiders, screws coming thru the ceilings and walls...well, nails pops and run down carpet. All of the appliances is too dam small and old as hell. As well as the kitchen cabinets. Please, please call 7 on your side, the Germantown Gazette and Landlord & Tenant Affairs to report these abusive situations.
