Rolling Hills Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

My experience at Rolling Hills has not been the most pleasant. When I moved into my actual apartment, it looked nothing like the model. Everything was old and not very appealing. I can also on any given day smell my neighbor upstairs smoking weed, hear loud pipes, here EVERYTHING my neighbors on top of me do and the parking is horrible. Complaining to the rental office doesn't help and I can't wait to go. Also I went to the pool on Sunday and the water was dirty, the life guard let everyone do anything they wanted. I didn't feel safe there with my kids. There were a bunch of men standing around looking at women in their swim suits and all the chairs looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. The rent is cheap but it's really not worth it. I recommend paying a little more a month to receive better service and living environment. Oh and they have ROACHES. Scared me to death but serious problem.

Hello.....you are so dam right about everything you said. I hate smelling the Indian's cook their nasty food and the herbs that they use. Oh my gosh...I purchase a big red brick at Home Depot to keep the front door open during the summer-time. As far as the weed goes, its only natural to smell the goods! Meaning, every once in awhile is fine with me. Not saying that I am a pot-head, I indulged once in a blue moon. I would rather smell good marijuana anyday of the week instead of somebody's nasty ass food....ok! According to the exterminator that comes here evey Thursday for the last several years, he states that there are all kinds os bugs here. Please make sure that you all have him to spray your entire apartment, inside the hallways, and outside of your buildings. And if you have trees in front of your window, he can spray them too. The Dollar Store has Boric Acid and Moth balls....use them around the corners of each room and use the boric acid along the baseboards of each room. I use the "Strong" moth balls (the real ones) outside in the front of each windows along side the grass areas. This will help keep all insects away. Please, please I need everyone's help to call the Landlord-Tenants Affairs number to report the lack of respect, repair work, and much needed better quality of living. The number is (240) 777-3600. The Environmental Protection number is (240) 777-7758...ask for Mrs. Mary Richman. Please ladies and gentlemen, lets all come together and win this battle! |
