We spend a lot of time with the things we dont like. And like all the rest of you I agree that there is plenty room for improvement. But have we thought that some of the extras we would like may cause the rent to be more than we can afford'. I for one could not handle much more than we pay now. I would like to compliment Rolling hills on the new paving that is going on. Thanks.

You have the wisdom, knowledge, and experience. Your information regarding living here at Rolling Hills Apartment is forever greatful to me and others. Continue to be bless in your life. I agree with you 100% regarding the steady decline appearance and service for RHA. Please, please call HOUSING CODE ENFORCEMENT at (240) 777-3785. They will inspect your unit and give you their results.

GREETINGS Senior Citizen, I hope and pray all is well with you and your family. I am Juicyfruit1966, Mdjuicyfruit, Payton40, Peaches19355 and 19355. I use several different usernames to hopefully get everyone's attention. Please share with me what building you live in. I am at 19355, on the Post Office side. I can not believe a "Swing" is in a tree in front of your building. I will make it my business to walk and drive around to find it! I would like to know, have you use it yet??...LOL

Good Afternoon Senior Citizen,
Thank you for the information. There will be no type of reprocussions on us, because God and the law is on our side....Amen! I am like a newspaper reporter. I keep all my sources to myself. And when the time comes, you only spit fire to those who try to bring you down, but can not stand up to the heat. There are 468 apartments and 39 buildings here. I truly want to believe that 50% of our neighbors will speak-up. I would count on the maintenance staff as well, the old and new ones.
Hopefully, the electric will stay on the rest of the day and forever more.....lol. Last night in the building was very quiet. If it takes the power going out every once in a while to shut my neighbors up, then I am all for it!
