I HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE 04' I'VE STARTED COMPLAING SINCE DAY ONE.

DON'T GET ME WRONG I'M NOT A PERSON THAT YOU CANNOT SATISFY, I JUST LIKE TO BLOW $1125'S ON CRAPPY PLACES TO LIVE!!!!

THEY TOLD ME ALL APPLIANCES ARE REPLACED AFTER 5 YEARS.....LIE

I HAVE MOLD IN MY APARTMENT THEY PAINT OVER IT....WOW MY ALERGIES ARE CRAZY WHY'

MAINTENANCE WILL WALK IN YOUR APARTMENT WHILE YOU ARE TAKING A SHOWER......SICK

MAINTENANCE IS CLUELESS WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO FIXING APPLIANCES....ANYTHING

I HAVE HOLES IN THE FLOOR UNDER MY CARPET ONE IS ATLEAST 8" ROUND....HELLO NEIGHBOR

TOOK 1 & 1/2 YEARS TO GET MY WATER HEATER FIXED GOODBYE 5 MIN SHOWERS HELLO 8 MIN SHOWERS.....

ALL APPLIANCES HAVE FAILED SINCE I FOUND THIS HEAVEN LOL OH EXCEPT THE 1 I BROUGHT

OH AND I LOVE THE GAME OF DODGE THE POT HOLES SORRY TO SAY I'M NOT VERY GOOD AT IT.

FIGURED OUT YOU CAN BRIBE MAINTENANCE WITH BOOZE GOT AN OVEN THAT HAS MORE THAN ONE TEMP.....SOLD THE COAL... SORRY

EVERYONE LOVES TO GO TO THE POOL WHEN IT FIRST OPENS IN THE MORNING... OOP'S SORRY WE HAVE TO PUT CHEMICALS IN CAN YOU WAIT 30 MIN... SURE WE PLANNED ON IT DID YOU'

EVERYONE LOVES THE NEIGHBORS THAT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE THIER DOOR ALL NIGHT.... PM OH IT'S STILL THERE..MANAGEMENT CAN'T EVEN FIX THAT.

Greetings....to you? Thank you for taking your time to be heard, but why hide? I live in building #19355. Everything about your review is 100% right and very funny. Please, please call the Department of Housing Code Enforcement right now at (240) 777-3785. They are willing to help us all, depending on the cooperation of tenants to inspect their units. Believe me, they have sent me an email regarding 3 open cases for Rolling Hills Apartments. I also, have been raising hell since 2005 when I moved here. Please allow the mold to be seen, if you have any left....lol. Several people have told me that they have mold in the master-bathroom. They have painted over the mold in here. Lord have mercy for my sons, because they too have allergies and asthma. We all need alot of money in order to live better and I will sue them to Kingdom Come.....AMEN! I have taken complete charge in my building when it comes to trash. I typed up a letter for 2 neighbors and tape it to their doors along with another one for the entire building. NO MORE JUNK MAIL ON THE FLOOR, UNDER THE MAILBOX....OK! I even shouted in the hallway to let everybody know that if I slip and fall due to their tacky ways, I will f---ck them up. And to think that their dumb ass leaving their junk-mail on the floor with their address on it. Again, for all of your complaints, please call ...............(240) 777-3785................. I agree with you 100% about everything. The appliances here are ridiculous and old. You will only get a new one, when the old one completely stops working and they can not order another part. Question to you---Did you know that maintenance were coming? If not, I would purchase and install a chain on my door! The "NEW CREW" for repairs only have a general idea of fixing anything. That is why the Rental Office have to call a "Contractor" to complete the work. Remind you, they will get the cheapest one to do the worst work. The Floor boards on the 2nd and 3rd floor has very weak joints. You must call Housing Code Enforcement to inspect your unit. Sooner or later, the floor will give away. The Corporate office should replace us all in better apartments/condos/houses. All expense paid by them. Now that is rejection living here at Rolling Hills!

Thank You.....Thank You....no more trying to drive around the pot-holes at the front entrance. As of Friday, 6/24/06 they finally PAVED. Hopefully, they will complete the entire complex. But do not count on that. We all suffered a mighty long time for this sh$t! No matter how many times this sorry ass Rental Office Staff tries to cover, "SH$T" still stinks....ok! Reminder: Please, Please call Housing Code Enforcement at (240) 777-3785.
