ATTENTION: ROLLING HILLS TENANTS
Urgent Alert: Depending on your phone calls, the Department Of Housing Code Enforcement will conduct an inspection of your unit next monthâJuly 2006. Under County and State Landlord-Tenant Laws, we are protected to exercise our rights. All 39 Buildings are deteriorating as well as the total of 468 apartments. Lets all come together as a Community to demand affirmative action. To no avail, complaining to the Rental Office in person, in writing, and going as far as to the Corporate Office for additional help has deceased. Believe me, if only I have taken the time and effort to research the web-site at www.apartmentratings.com, I would have never applied here at Rolling Hills. The opinions of existing and non-existing tenant reviews are horror stories. My advise is for you to explore this journey and warn others. However, as soon as you receive the postal letter from Housing Code Enforcement, next month please call and schedule an appointment to have your unit inspected.
ROLLING HILLS MUST PROVIDE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE HEALTH, SAFETY, AND WELFARE OF ALL TENANTS.
COMPLYING WITH FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS RELATING TO RENTAL PROPERTY, INCLUDING HOUSING CODE STANDARDS, NON-DISCRIMINATION LAWS, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS GOVERNING LEASE AGREEMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS, ZONING LAWS AND HEALTH AND FIRE SAFETY CODES. MAKING ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS SO THAT THE RENTAL PROPERTY IS MAINTAINED IN A HABITABLE CONDITION AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE HOUSING CODES. MAINTAINING ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED BY THE LANDLORD IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.

HALLELUHAH--IER.....Like "Madea" would say. Stand-Up and lets all fight this together. Just remember to make sure that "YOU" are in good standing with your "RENT"....Amen! We all need everyones help, but not the ones who are behind in their rent due to your riches living like the "JONES". And especially the Nuisance Noise Makers, Drug Pushers, or Thieves like the one's from last week on the 19200 side whom apartment were raided by the CIA/FBI/ATF....ok!
Please come CORRECT, STRAIGHT, HONEST, and LEGAL. Thank you very much.

Thank You.....as of Friday, 6/24/06 the front entrance of the paking lot is PAVED. Hopefully, they will do the entire community. This problem has been existing too long for us all.

AMEN....AMEN.....AND AMEN. TO WHOM MUCH IS GIVEN PAYING THEIR RENT ON TIME AND HAVING A CLEAN FILE WITH NO COMPLAITS. IT IS EXPECTED TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND PLEASE REPORT ROLLING HILLS APARTMENT RENTAL OFFICE TO THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY LANDLORD AND TENANT AFFAIRS AT (240) 777-3600. MAKE A CLAIM FOR THEM MISSING YOUR RENT MONEY. MAYBE, MRS. PAULA COVINGTON HAS YOUR MONEY....LOL. ALL JOKES TO THE SIDE, SHE WAS FIRED FOR SOMETHING.....OK!
