THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN . THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE . THE BUILDING I LIVED IN HAD LOW CLASS PEOPLE HANGING IN FRONT NIGHT AND DAY . THE RESIDENT WOULD HANG OUTSIDE AND SMOTH AND DRINK ALL DAY . THEIR KIDS PLAYED AND STAYED IN THE HALL WAY ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT . OTHER TEENAGE KIDS WOULD COME AND STAY IN STAIRWELLS ALL HOUR OF THE NIGHT . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU MAKE THIS COMPLEX YOUR HOME .

I've been here for a while. I've seen many changes take place. The greatest being the quality of tenants. Everyone signs a lease agreement when we move in here. From the way most people behave its hard to believe anyone ever reads the lease. People allow their dogs to run loose, defecate all over the place and never clean up after them. And yes the children are often allowed to play in areas that are off limits. People park in handicap parking spaces and are amazed when their car gets towed. None of this sounds to me to be a management problem. Seems more like people that think only of themselves and could give a rats bottom about anyone else. Oh yes and if one does shed the light of truth on a rule breaker no one cares enough to get involved even when that act could be potentially dangerous to all tenants. Its not the management that is loitering in large number outside apartment buildings smoking and carelessly tossing lit cigarette butts in dry leaves and mulch. It's tenants who are think only of themselves and could care less whether their actions are offensive or harmful to others. STOP complaining about what the management wont do and get involved in you apartment community. Call a spade a spade and put the blame for the poor quality of neighborhood where it belongs.
