Now that Bozzuto has taken over I am very confident that things are looking up. I have lived here since '03 and think this is the best company switch yet, I spoke with the new lady in the office today and she was very friendly and explained to me everything they are changing and the repairs planned. Hopefully they will make it better, fix the apts and stick around for awhile.

Hopefully, everything will work out according to what they say. Especially, "TIME" is the essential of what lays ahead for this new company. Just wait and see if Bozzuto will have the respect of Tenants existing and give us all a well deserved meeting to inform the changes. I challenge this company to uphold a meeting just to see how many people will speak up and show up. The old company has left a bad taste in my mouth, especially some people pockets by stealing their money.....Amen! However, keep your head up.

That is unbelievable. He was just in my apartment inspecting all the things that need attention. As of yet, no one has come into my apartment and fixed any of the things that need repair. I've been here a week, am I asking too much to get things done around here. James was the only hope I had to get the things repaired.

Hello Renting007,
Its me again, and girl,In the past, James has been talking about leaving this place several times before. I find this hard to believe myself. Just yesterday, I called his cell phone and left a message. Hopefully, he will call back and so far today, Friday, 3/09/07, I haven't heard anything. The only repair person, is Wilson. If the rental office blow you off, that means that they do not have additional help at this time. Demand the truth, even through they are still new and getting use to this place. Did you received a notice on your door for you to fill out a resident update form? I wonder, do I need to check up on my current lease? Questions, questions, and more questions? Again, time will tell with Bozzuto.

Checkout the EOS21 reviews in ALexandria, VA Bozzuto is the most recent acquirer/management there and started turning several of the buildings condo and then gave all the condo folks all the amenities and let the renters go hang. Paking? down the tubes.... Pest Control? non-exsistant until you go to the rental office and b*tch repeatedly.
Just thought you all should know.
