My Husband and I just moved into Rolling Hills, and to be honest, we couldn't be happier. I had read all the reviews prior to moving but decided to discard most of the information because it was old and dated. Our Apartment is very very spacious, and cheaper than pretty much everything else we looked at. We're extremely close to pretty much anything we could possibly want, and the area itself is very nice as well. As far as the Atmosphere goes, its your average decently large complex. You do have a lot of activity, but nothing I would speak negatively of. Our neighbors are extremely nice and considerate, and the staff at the complex have bent over backwards to make our move (From NC) a very smooth and easy transition. Most of the appliances in the apartment are brand new, and what few things we had that weren't exceptional (couple stuck windows and an outlet that didn't work) were fixed first thing the next morning. So far we are loving it! The noise levels are low, and the complex is very nice.
