We moved in here because of the cost. Compared to the rest of Montgomery County the space is GREAT for the price. We have had some problems with carpet and roaches, but the leasing office is now taking care of it. It has been really inconvenient because we have to move everything out to get the new carpet and had to move stuff to get the place fumigated. I like the place overall. The only thing is the leasing office really needs to hire some more people to make sure the grounds and hallways are clean. The hallways smell, all they need is an air freshener and someone needs to walk around and clean up the few pieces of trash, and the construction trash needs to be removed as well. Little things like that will make this place a lot more desirable. Don't let the office push you around either, they aren't that great when it comes to communication skills and realizing tha they are supposed to have some sort of corporate etiquitte.

I feel like I live in a different apartment complex. Unfortunately, there are roaches in my apartment, but I don't encounter any of the other issues listed above. The grounds are always neat, the hallways don't smell at all, and I think the office staff are genial and helpful. I always see the maintenance people walking around picking up trash and they've always come to my apartment within a day of me submitting a work order. Rolling Hills Apartment complex is a good deal since the size of the apartments are great and they are also not expensive.

We moved here because it is very affordable for this area and had great schools. The apartments are very big and at first there were roaches or some kind of big bugs but after a while I haven't seen them. There are issues such as the walls and floors are very very thin and the windows are not sealed all the way I can actually feel a breeze coming from them when they are shut and the front door isn't sealed either, it has big gaps all around it. Also the parking sucks for this building, there are hardly ever free spaces and its really irritating. All the neighbors kids are noisy all the time but it doens't bother me much. It's not the best place but for the price it's worth it.
